Delivery & collection times

We agree a delivery window with you when we confirm your booking, and collect after your event on the day agreed. Out-of-hours deliveries can be arranged — just ask.

Access & setup

Please make sure there is clear access for our van and someone on site to receive the order. Items are delivered to the nearest accessible point; setup can be arranged on request.

Returning items

Glassware and crockery can be returned dirty but scraped. Linen should be returned dry. We check everything on collection.
